Instagram - TryPost Connect

Two connection slugs. Same content types either way. The same Instagram identity cannot sit on both — reconnecting updates the existing row.

Content types

Feed	`instagram_feed`	Up to 10 images (carousel) or video. Required. 4:5 preferred.
Reel	`instagram_reel`	1 video, required. 9:16.
Story	`instagram_story`	1 image or video, required. No separate caption.

There is no instagram_carousel — use instagram_feed with multiple images. Optional platforms[].meta.aspect_ratio: "1:1", "4:5", "16:9", "original".
